"Hotel was very understaffed. Several issues with working keys for rooms. Initial room was not cleaned, dirty, smelled like alcohol and was trashed. Took forever to get another room. New room, toilet did not work and the shower drained slow. On a good note the beds were extremely comfortable and the morning breakfast was ok."
