"The room was clean but it didn't have a dresser for your clothes. The fitness room was very nice. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The restaurant was never open during our three day stay. We never inquired as to whether it was closed permanently or was just open with limited hours. This hotel satisfied our needs."

"We loved finding this neat-as-a-pin small, locally-owned motel in Two Rivers. Our room was fresh and clean, with snow-white towels, sheets. Liked the laminate wood floor- always feels cleaner than carpet. The property was kept in excellent shape- beautiful indoor pool area, pretty baskets of red begonias outside each room. Walked across the road to get on a gorgeous Lake Michigan shoreline walking oath. Friendly folks at check-in. The Village Inn on the Lake was a very nice find!"

"This was the perfect vacation rental for our large family. Kids young to old enjoyed every bit of the amenities! The home was very clean and is exactly as the pictures show. The beach felt very private which was the best part for us!"

"We had a great time. I love how everything was labeled. The beds were comfy. We really enjoyed the pool. I love that it is 5ft at the deep end.,didn't have to worry about my kiddo as much as I do in deep pools. Also, it is a saltwater pool, so it was so nice not having that chemical smell all day. Highly recommend and we can't wait to come back."

"This home is amazing. So well done, great layout and lots of space. The views are amazing from the main living room and the kitchen was great to cook in. The kids had an amazing time in the yard and the owners are so thoughtful to allow guests to use to beach toys, kayaks, chairs etc.Things to consider - the beach itself changes size due to waves and currents. Some days we had a big beach, a few days we had no beach. Also, as pictured, you are across the street from a large farm and will have occasional strong odors."
