"What an amazing property! It’s located directly on a private stretch of beach with beach chairs and umbrellas supplied by the owner. The water is amazing, lots of restaurants and several grocery stores nearby. I will most definitely have to come back for another visit and stay at this location!"

"Wonderful property with a lovely pool area. The apartment was clean and modern and well maintained. Plenty of parking spaces at property if you want to rent a car. 5 minute walk to a well stocked shop, and 10 mins walk to the sea front which has plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall would recommend and I would visit again. "

"We went for my partner & friends 40th birthday celebrations and the villa did not disappoint! It was clean and spacious, keeping everyone together but also private space with your own bathrooms! The villa was beautiful and everything was delivered at a high level of perfection including the breakfast! The pizza and cocktail party was a brilliant night and the host couldn’t do enough for you! Thank you so much to Villa GG for making our trip unforgettable! "

"An ideal property for family groups. We were grandparents with children & grandchildren. The area by the pool with gazebo was our central point & worked well. With one gluten free member of the party having more than one kitchen was a bonus. The villa is 5 minutes from the beach & a choice of restaurants. "I loved the pool, the fact thaf the owners were just downstairs if you needed anything, free wifi and air conditioning, literally right beside the beach! Good bus transport to split and split airport!

"17 ladies were very satisfied with our stay at Gorana's house! We were looked after all the time, and could contact her or Ivana at any time. The welcoming meal was a nice surprise, and the free dinner was also very good! Transport to and fro the house was comfortable and on time.

"This is a great house, pretty well located, quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and super confortable. The owner is on top of it, the coffee machine was not working, 15mn later we got a new one! Great experience, i highly recommend it. "

"The stay was fantastic with a spectacular view of Split, especially at night. Even though the house is located about 350 m above sea level, about 10 min drive uphill from Podstana Beach on curvy roads, in a small village with two fantastic restaurants, it’s a gorgeous place. "Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Maris, Ivana and Fabjan, the friendliest, most welcoming hosts and owners of the property. We were very happy with the spacious home, beautiful pool and grounds, and view of the Adriatic in our backyard, just steps from the sea. The furnishings, kitchens, and bathrooms were very modern and full of all the dinnerware, cookware, and utensils one would need. The infinity pool with jets enhanced our stay, along with comfortable beds and cool air conditioning. In walking distance were a small market and several good restaurants, allowing us to avoid driving into Split for dinner. Our visit to Split was even more special because of the wonderful hosts and home."

"I had a wonderful stay here! The free and easy parking made arrival stress-free, and the clean, well-kept room set the tone for a comfortable visit. The ambience throughout the property was very pleasant and relaxing. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. Having direct access to the beach was such a bonus, and the nearby boardwalk offered a serene and beautiful spot to unwind. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway"

"Loved having a balcony with beautiful ocean view with close access to beach, and suites are beachside of road.
Bus stop nearby and approx 20 minutes to Split depending on traffic.
Good kitchenette and comfy bed.
Great to have Standup boards, inflatables, umbrellas & plenty of sun lounges on hand. Beach is pebble and not sand beach, so need thongs or sea shoes.
Nice walking path along beach and access to restaurants nearby.
A coffee machine & toaster would be a nice addition."

"Small Family run Hotel, Stayed for 7nights, What great time we had, we have 6month old baby, althought there are a few staircases, it was manageable.
Breakfast is good, Continental and eggs cooked to your liking, all fresh food lovely.
The Evening meals are the highlight, its €37 for 3 course meal, which is different menu each night. All fresh great cooked food. The views from dinner are amazing. The hotel is on a strip which goes 4km+ into the next village, perfect for walks, runs or pushing the baby. Loads of great restraunts down here.
We will stay here again, try get a balcony room next time. 100%reccomend.
They only accept cash tho for anything. Cashmachine 5min walk away
