Summary:
Designer Villa in Split's posh beach resort suburb of Podstrana, on the Split-Omiš Riviera, situated above the Adriatic sea, with unobstructed 360 degree views of ocean, Dalmatian islands, Split and Trogir, and the Omiš mountain range, with views from every room and extensive indoor-outdoor living spaces with rooftop terrace, panorama sauna, infinity pool, fitness house, en-suite bedrooms. Beaches, beach clubs and waterfront restaurants are in 10-minute walking distance via a private path.

The Space:
4+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 outdoor shower, sleeps 10 in 4 air conditioned bedrooms + pullout couch in the air conditioned fitness house. In addition, the pull out couch in the air conditioned living room provides another bed. Perfect for 10 people to spread out. The villa boasts over 2800 of air conditioned interior living space, plus 1500 square feet of exterior living space on pool terrace, yoga terrace, BBQ courtyard and rooftop terrace - all with unobstructed views over the Adriatic Sea, the Dalmatian islands, the Omiš mountain range and the cities of Split and Trogir.

The Neighborhood:
Sometimes called the "Beverly Hills of Split", Villa Sunset is perched on the foothills of the mountains, on the best lot with the best views within a posh brand-new villa community of 12 bespoke villas. Podstrana, the sough-after suburb of Split, is the ideal area with numerous pebble beaches, beach clubs, waterfront restaurants, boardwalks, yacht harbor and amazing hiking trails up the rocky ridge behind the villa.

Getting Around:
Walking distance: 10 minutes to beach, 20 minutes to mountain trails
Driving distance: 3 minutes to super market (Tommy), 3 minutes to beaches, 10 minutes to LeMeridien, Marina Lav and Gooshta Beach Club, 10-15 minutes to Omis, 15 minutes to shopping malls, 15-20 minutes into historic old town of Split, 25-35 minutes to airport SPU, 30 minutes to Trogir, 45 minutes to Sibenik, 1 hour to Zadar, 2.5 hours to Dubrovnik, 3 hours to Zagreb.

Villa Sunset guests receive a 20% discount on excursions with the villa's private 40-foot luxury motor yacht, including crew, beverage and towel service, tow-tubes, wakeboard, stand-up paddle boards, and snorkeling equipment.

Villa Sunset delivers on so many levels! We loved our stay. Views are breathtaking, beds super comfy and great location for exploring (if you don’t mind a bit of a wiggly drive!)Ana, the Villa manager was really helpful when we needed. Highly recommended!
