「Booked the hotel due to spa however was not open due to cleaning. Shower head is not functioning how it supposed to and distributes water everywhere else but where it supposed to. Lose screws on the rail for the shower head as well as the glass cover for the bath tub. Sink smells. Pillow is hard like a stone. Gym is like a sauna and the lighting of it is very poor. Some equipment was broken. To high price in regards of the bad quality and not accessible spa. It seems like there is no...

「We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were decent size and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was fine. The carpets in the corridors are absolutely filthy and really let the place down. That aside, no complaints」
