Welcome to your Arrowhead Lakes stay in Coolbaugh Township—about 13 miles to Jack Frost/Big Boulder and about 18 miles to Camelback, so you can plan ski days, lake days, and waterpark runs and still be back for a hot-tub soak at night. You’re inside a private, gated community with lakes, beaches, seasonal pools, courts, and trails—plus you have the entire home to yourselves.

All people 6 years and older must be counted and paid for. This is a gated community, any unregistered guests or vehicles will be denied access. *All persons and vehicles must be finalized 4 days before arrival. After this cut off, no changes can be made.
After booking, we will need to obtain all guests first and last names, make, model, license and state for each vehicle and names of the drivers. We will also need the main guests phone number and email address. These items are required by the community.

-Dogs are welcome, weight restrictions do apply. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per day. -Due to wildlife, there is no curbside trash/recycling pickup. House Rules: No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed. No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest. Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation. No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy. Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy! Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away. Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along. Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older. Location Requirement: Fee Schedule: $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants. $500 for excessive noise. $500 for smoking. $500 for breaking any house rules. $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out. $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests. We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations. Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details. This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
