"The door code didn't work upon arriving and I didn't have a direct contact phone number for the host. Had to call VRBO customer service, validate our reservation and have them reach out and connect me with the host. The issue was resolved quickly but very stressful not having a host phone number available. I would recommend you share a contact number before you arrive at the house in case there are questions or issues upon arrival. Other than the door code, everything else was very nice for what we needed. There was a strong pet odor but its a pet friendly home, so I totally understand. Thank you for letting us stay in your home."

"The guest house was exactly what we needed. It was a quick drive to the Arizona Athletic Grounds where we had soccer games all weekend. There were two bedrooms and extra couches for the kids to sleep on. Check-in was easy and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great house with open concept. Pool and hot tub clean and well maintained. Added pool heat after check in and host was very fast to respond and add heating (I forgot to add when I booked so my mistake). Four person bike had a flat tire so didn’t get to use that but it was a holiday weekend so understand not being able to get that fixed. Overall beautiful house would definitely come back! "

"1st time in Mesa, attending a pickleball clinic at the Arizona Athletic Center. This home is within minutes from there. Costco, as well as Walmart, is just down the street. The home is super clean and inviting. I appreciate the extra step in detail and overall presentation...roses made from toilet paper were placed on each roll in the bathrooms. Everything about this home was top drawer. "
