Recently remodeled duplex with new paint, flooring, and 2 levels for the entire family to stay! 2 Beds 1 bathroom upstairs and 2 bed rooms 1 bathroom downstairs. Very large backyard with a fire pit for the family to enjoy.

Older home, partially updated (new LVP flooring, windows and newer appliances). Functional, not elaborate. Overall, with the exception of the stove control panel, the house was clean. Oddly, while it is a four bedroom, there are two coffee mugs in the kitchen, and I think a four serving plate/bowl/silverware collection. The pots and pans were of the teflon surface type and somewhat limited in something to use as a salad bowl. There were no top sheets on some of the beds, which in a vacation rental has the wrong vibe. A number of the electrical outlets need replacing so your plug in does not fall out or makes solid connection. The cabinetry is original to the house it appeared, though the doors may have been updated - there is a ton of available storage as configured. All the appliances were functional (though no ice maker, nor filtered water), the air conditioning was essential and functioned perfectly. The owner was easy to contact and the price was budget friendly. If you bring you own sheets, pots or pans, and extra silverware and coffee mugs, your stay will be more comfortable.

Needs some work

First the positive..Prior to arriving we had some questions about check-in and the host Paul was very responsive. The temperature of the house was perfect on a hot day. Now the negatives: the house needs some serious upgrades, especially the deck, porch and kitchen The cleanliness was not good. It looked as if the bathroom hadn't been cleaned including hair all over the floor and mouse droppings. We also found mouse droppings in other areas of the house. Its also missing some of the basics like lights, nightstands, lamps in bedrooms, etc. I will say that when I messaged Paul about the cleanliness he responded right away and thanked me for making him aware.

USATF Regionals

The place was great for our base for the USATF Regionals and some fun in lava hot springs. Backs up to a nice field and school playground. Paul was quick to respond and easy to work with.

Great for a small group

It was a great place to stay while there for a wedding. Spacious for our family to get ready and not be in each others way. We had 2 kids, 10 &12, plus 4 adults. Clean and comfortable.
