Experience the charm of Ludlow, Vermont in this tranquil retreat located at one-mile drive from Echo Lake. This serene getaway features four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a game room including a ping pong table and a game console where comfort and entertainment meet. Relax in the hot tub, cook in the well-equipped kitchen, or dine al fresco on the deck. Located just 5-min to Echo Lake, 7-min to Lake Rescue, 11-min to Okemo Mountain, and 25-min to Killington Ski Area.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Power & Internet: This home has a back-up generator which kicks on automatically during power outages, so while it is a rural location, you should not experience blackouts. Also, there is a level 2 charger in the garage for EVs.

Air conditioning: AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).

Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.

From Martha's Vineyard to Beautiful Vermont

We were very pleased with our experience and the property, very clean. We left it like we found it. The property manager was excellent & professional, very good communication with her. We loved that dogs were accepted, we typically only rent from that acceptance. We are very responsible dog owners. It was a very kid friendly property. Our two-yr old granddaughter had a great time running in the open space especially in the game room environment downstairs. Her parents were tentative with her, loved the Legos, that was her treasure find.
