"It was clean. The grounds not fancy, but kept up, but the hotel itself is shabby. It needs some TLC. We were in a nonsmoking room, but you could tell it had once been a smoking room because of the smell. Cigarette burns in the sink and some of the furniture. Breakfast was coffee, juice, packaged pastries and coffee, tea and juice. Nothing substantial, but the breakfast room was clean and pretty."

"Location of this property was great - across from the beach and a coffee shop. Plenty of space great living room and a modern kitchen. Bedrooms were on multiple floors with stairs. We had six of us and slept comfortably. Grill and patio area and decks with great views. A great rental property on Plum Island!"
