The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and gadgets to cook a holiday meal. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and two children. Easy drive to the center of Newburyport with lots of great restaurants and shops but also several local stores and restaurants within walking distance. The parking lot across the street was an added bonus as we had three cars. "
