TY BAOL - Pretty typical Breton house near the sea

Treat yourself to a break in the Land of Abers, 1 km from fine sandy beaches and close to Europe's tallest lighthouse, where you will discover the flavours of Breton terroir and the culture of the Legends Coast.



We will be happy to welcome you to this newly renovated traditional accommodation that can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 teens or 5 adults). You will find the comfort of a main residence as well as a terrace to enjoy the sunshine.



Animals are welcome!



The house is ideally located for setting off on the GR34 trails, a day at the Grève blanche beach, a fishing trip to the Koréjou port or even a boat trip to the Vierge Island lighthouse.



The village of Plouguerneau and its shops (bakery, tobacco-press, florist, supermarket, restaurants, bank, etc.) are three kilometres from the house and the Grève Blanche beach is only one kilometre away.



As for this cottage, bright and calm, it is located in the countryside and can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children/babies or 5 adults.



On the ground floor, the house consists of:

- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).

- A living room with a large family table.

- A bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

- Toilets with a hand basin.



Upstairs, you will find all the bedrooms. The master bedroom which includes a queen-size bed 160*200, the second bedroom with a 140*190 bed and finally the last bedroom consisting of a trundle bed. (Possibility of providing a travel cot with mattress and bed linen upon request.) Please note, there are no bathrooms upstairs. For young children, small potties are available.



Bed linen (sheets and blankets) is provided and bath towels are also made available. For your comfort, the beds are made upon your arrival.



Outside, you will find a terrace with garden furniture at the front of the house and a small garden with lawn located in the back yard.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most tourist spots of the Pays d'Iroise: go and explore the islands of Ouessant or Molène departing from the charming, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Saint Matthieu point, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc foundation in Landerneau, the fine arts museum in Brest...

For children, you will also find nearby: La récré des 3 curés (theme park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).

Smokers are accepted but only outside the accommodation. Parties are also prohibited, and this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
