Naomi was a great help to us, helping with our dinner plans. The rooms were the best we had on our trip to Switzerland, France, Belgium and The Netherlands. We would highly recommend the Falco and gladly stay there again!

Hotel nice and good location However the staff are not quick to respond to messages. I messaged them days ago about double charging us on our credit card and they still haven’t responded

You get out in an entrance to a square. When you walk into the square there are 6 white building all looking the same. You can not see a hotel name or sign anywhere. We were accosted crossing f the square and a gold chain was tore off my neck. And I still don’t know where the lobby was. We had to retreat and phone for an escort.
