「At two occasions, I sent emails to the property asking simple questions, such as whether I'd need an extension cord to hook up my CPAP machine. Although I wrote in perfect French, on both occasions, my e-mails were ignored. I found this so rude, I almost cancelled my reservation for another property. I'm glad I didn't, because the property is pleasant and quiet, and their superior rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfasts are decent (I was offered scrambled eggs the 2nd, but not the first day)....

「Spent a lovely evening here, the proprietess was very friendly and helpful. Great night's sleep and all the amenities you would expect, including excellent proximity to Spa Francorchamps race track.」

「Nice small hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are in good condition, likely renovated lately, only small minus comes from beds and pillows, not the best quality and pillows were so big and full, it was hard to use those. Good location in the middle of the lovely Spa. Would come again!」

「ホテルに直結しているテルメ・ド・スパへ行くことが主目的だったので、その目的の為には最適のホテルでした。室内も清潔で快適。朝食付きでしたがとても美味しかったです。スパの街を歩くのにも便利なロケーションですし、私たちは電車利用でしたが駅も２駅が徒歩圏でした。テルメ・ド・スパの割引は１日時間制限なしのコースのみ５ユーロ割引です。それについてはあまりメリットがないと感じました。他のバリエーションもあると良いと思いました。が、山の上にあるテルメ・ド・スパへバスローブで行けてロープウェイ代もかからないのは便利なので、テルメ・ド・スパへ行く時にはリピートしたいホテルです。」

「Very nice accomodation in city center, we had the superior room which is spacious, nice beds and was renovated The breakfast was awesome with home made food, the owner is very friendly and helpful. We could store our bicycles in the private garage ahead of check in time, als we could enter the room earlier. The restaurant of the hotel is also recommemded」

「SPA の温泉に近く、早めに着いてしまったので　先に温泉に行く時　ホテルのバスタオルなどを貸してくれた。受付のMIKEという人の対応がとてもよかった。」

「View from room lake side is good. But restaurant did not accept our dog. So we were forced to take dinner outside. So it was not possible to enjoy hotel life together with family. We selected this hotel because it was allowed to stay with dog. So we hope hotel would indicate that dog is not allowed in restaurant clearly as information before the booking. 」

「Prettige accomodatie. Mooi pand, prima ontvangst en afhandeling check-in. Nette kamer en bed met prima matras. Douche en toilet waren nieuw. Ontbijt was ook prima geregeld. Enige kritische noot is meer een advies nl. neem een handdoek op in het standaardarrangement. Net als je beddengoed wil je ook geen eigen handdoek meenemen als het voor kiest in een hostel te overnachten. Het was snel geregeld voor €1,50 maar het voelt alsof dat de dienstverlening nog verder verbeterd.」

「Zeer snel ingecheckt. Kamer voldeed aan verwachtingen. Ontbijt mogelijkheid zeer ruim, van 8u tot 10u. Misschien iets meer keuze. Eitje in diverse mogelijkheden steeds beschikbaar en snel, alsook drank, koffie, thee, chocomelk. Eind conclusie: voor ons toch een aanrader.」

「Lovely place to stay. Comfortable bed in a pretty room. Breakfast was great with home made jams and yoghurt and local honey. Nice quiet area and the great swimming pool set in the lush garden was really welcome on a warm day. 」

「Schöne, alte Villa mit Komfort, die gesamte Einrichtung, vom Zimmer (groß, gemütliche Betten, eigener Balkon) über den Frühstücksraum (tolles Buffet mit allem, was man braucht) bis hin zum Aufenthaltsraum sehr liebevoll gestaltet, Thierry ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber, wir kommen gern wieder. 」
