"Mikel was a fantastic host—check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we were even upgraded to a larger apartment. The place is very new, fully equipped, and made us feel completely at home during our two-night stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Korzo and just a 15-minute walk to the central bus station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommended if you're visiting Rijeka!"

"Wir sind als Familie mit Kinder im Alter von 0-11 Jahre verreist und hatten die Großeltern dabei, es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, blitzblank sauber und hat wirklich alles was man brauchen kann. Das besondere ist, dass es zwei Wohnungen sind. So hat man trotz gemeinsamer Reise, dennoch etwas Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. "It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

"The villa was presented spotlessly clean, and everything has been thought of to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living area is comfortable, modern and more spacious than the photos suggest. The pool area is immaculate and the paving around the pool didn't get hot, even on very hot days, so you can walk around comfortably in bare feet. Even the excellent BBQ has been positioned with thought, so you are in the shade if cooking from...

"We booked approximately 12 different locations on our trip to Amsterdam and Croatia. They were all very nice except for this one. Everything in it is VERY OLD, the bedding and linens were from the last century. They were all paper thin and smelled. Both of us had bites all over in the morning. Bed bugs??? The wall at the end of the tub leaked resulting in a flood which we had to clean up in the morning. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!"

"The stay was great, perfect support of our host, house was very clean and the many possibilities for activities (tennis, darts, table soccer) as well as the cooking facilities (barbecue, stone pizza oven) are top!
