La Conciergerie Bigoudène welcomes you to La Perle, a villa designed for relaxation and tranquility, with stunning views of the ocean. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 with sea views, and can accommodate up to 6 guests.



Ideally located between the harbor (400 m) and the beaches (300 m), you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view, outdoor jacuzzi, and pétanque court.



In summer, make the most of the large terrace with a 180° sea view, beautiful sunsets, the outdoor spa, and pétanque. On rainy days or winter evenings, relax by the wood stove (wood provided) or enjoy board games.



Ground floor: spacious living area with equipped kitchen and dining table (seats 12), double lounge with sea view and wood stove, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and utility room (washer, dryer, freezer).



Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (each with a king-size bed and storage), bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilet. Please note: one bedroom on the first floor and the top floor are not accessible to guests.



Outside: wooden terrace with sea view, garden furniture (table for 10), sun loungers, barbecue (charcoal not included), heated jacuzzi, pétanque court, and outdoor shower. Also available: 4 bikes and 1 inflatable paddleboard.



Amenities: smart TV, WIFI, JBL sound system, board games. Baby equipment available on request. Included: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, water and electricity charges, firewood.
