Our room was very clean and comfortable. The meals were tasty. Our host was extremely professional and friendly. While we realize it is a family operation, the young man was certainly front and centre during our visit. He made us feel completely welcome! So 10 stars all around!

Excellent place to stay! Very cute, clean, and bright with beautiful outdoor area with tables and swings. Very convenient location to the park, but quiet and peaceful (we were there in May). Harry was very friendly, kind, and helpful! A good variety of breakfast options for a reasonable price. Would absolutely stay here again!

Close to park. Easy to find.

We stated one night after a day at Plitvice Lakes. Harry greeted us upon arrival. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant - reasonably priced. The room was clean, bright and quiet at night. We would have liked a softer mattress, otherwise everything was great. Thus accommodation is easy to find, there’s lots of parking and it’s only 8 minutes from Entrance 1.

My family and I stayed at Guesthouse Green Valley for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. This is a family-run place, and the warmth and care they put into everything really made us feel at home. The service was excellent, and everyone we met was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The location is perfect—just about 6 minutes from Plitvice Lakes National Park, which made it super convenient for our visit. We had both breakfast and dinner at the guesthouse, and every meal was delicious and clearly homemade with care. One of the nicest touches was that they prepared sandwiches for us to take along on our hike in the park—such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Plitvice. It’s peaceful, comfortable, and run by a truly lovely family who goes above and beyond to make your stay special.

Superb lodge and fantastic host!

Lovely lodge near Plitvice national park. Very comfy bed, cosy and superb lodge. Harry, the owner, is a lovely host and recommended good places to eat. We would give a 10/10 as it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. Thank you!

My sister, a friend and I stayed here for one night prior to visiting Plitvice National Park. Our room was super comfortable, clean and cozy. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there too which was fresh and delicious. The location, just a few kms down the road from parking area 2 was very convenient.

Favorite hotel ever!

There was a small issue with our booking, they couldn't find it at first but they were very nice and gave us a room anyways while they figured it out and were sincerely apologetic. However, this was my favorite hotel that I've ever stayed at!!! Absolutely beautiful place. It smelt amazing throughout the hotel and our room. The comforter on the bed was so soft and comfy. The shower was very relaxing, bathroom was gorgeous. We even had a nice balcony or picnic tables to sit at in the open yard. The floor boards did creak a bit which made me nervous that I was waking the other guests but not a big deal. This was also the only hotel we saw with a 4 star in the area. Its very close to the plitvice lake entrances and many restaurants. They also cook breakfast and dinner for you at whatever time you want! It was great. Everything about this place was so beautiful. Seriously my favorite hotel. Even the air conditioning unit had some cool features, like a night light.

Simply amazing! The owners were on top notch, and very friendly! Beautiful location and atmosphere, excellent food, and the room was very well thought out. Highly recommend for those looking to visit Plitvice park as it’s only 5 minute drive from entrance 1.

Great location, close to the Plitvice National Park. We arrived later than expected, tired and wet from the rain and got a warm welcome from the host. We had a triple room (number 7) all the way up and it was lovely, comfortable, and super clean. There is a water kettle and a mini fridge in that room. Only issue: the water pressure in the shower was so low that I almost couldn't wash my hair. It worked better after 5 minutes but it was not fun. Other than that we had a great night there!

The host was excellent, carryed our suitcase to our room.The food was very tasty.We had a issue using the shower,they tried to help,but it was out of their control. Whole village had the same issues. So no shower for 2 days.

Sehr schönes Gästehaus nahe dem Nationalpark. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft daher gerne weiter und würde dort auch selbst wieder übernachten. Hinweis: In der Unterkunft ist nur Barzahlung möglich (z. B. für Frühstück, Abendessen). Und man sollte mit dem Auto anreisen. Der Nationalpark ist mit dem Auto zwar nahe, aber es gibt keine geeignete Busverbindung dorthin und zu Fuß ist es auch nicht möglich. Ohne eigenes Auto bleibt dann nur noch das Taxi. Das Gästehaus selbst ist aber sehr zu empfehlen!

Great family business

This hotel was really convenient to the national park. The owner's gave us great tips before we went to the park. You will need cash to pay for the meals at the restaurant so don't forget to bring. Its a nice place to relax and the owner's are really big on keeping the noise down if you have a loud neighbor.
