My room was very hot, and the air condition was not working properly and therefore had to sleep with the windows open which meant I was woken up regularly during the night by the road noise. Only a 20 min walk to entrance 3 for the lakes, very convenient as we didn’t have the flexibility of a car. "Perfect place as a base to visit Plitvice area. Run by a wonderful family and very helpful. I know that a number of reviews mention the price of the meal on site...but my comment to that is you pay for what you get. The meal was great and the portions are VERY generous, and are served to you in beautiful garden setting...and you could drink and not have to drive!!!"
