"L'hôte est très cordial et les informations transmises sont très biens avec un livret d'accueil très bien fait. Le logement est très bien situé proche du centre ville de Vannes à pieds. L'appartement en lui même est propre mais commence à être un peu vieillissant. En revanche les draps proposés en suppléments par le service conciergerie laisse à désiré.
