Very old hotel, not worth the price. Staff was not kind.

La atención muy buena, solo deben de pasarle una manito al hotel.

The hotel sits right beside the bongo nightclub with loud base thumping and music and sirens going off into the early morning hours-impossible to get sleep with that-can’t even hear the ocean during the day . Also-we checked into the hotel on Tuesday and our a/c was not cooling our room below 76degrees. We informed the front desk everyday-they sent repair men up to the room 4 times and kept saying “give it 2 hours and it will start cooling”- it never did.finally on Friday evening, my husband got angry to a guy at the front desk.still-they were arguing with us and said their maintenance guy said a/c was working. We went to dinner, came back to the thermostat was still on 24 which is 76 degrees in USA. They moved us to another room even closer to bongo nightclub. Another sleepless night. Husband wanted to just go home. I went down to the front desk once more with a teary attempt to salvage maybe our last night. Nice lady at front desk got approval from mgr. to move us again to tower A which was on the other side of the hotel furtherest away from bongo nightclub. We took it. At 5 in the morning-the girls in the next adjoining room starting loud singing .woke us up.unbelievable!!! That morning we left-I hold the hotel responsible for all the room issues but I also hold Expedia responsible for their description of the serene location-not so😞
