Plaza de la Bandera

El hotel es limpio y la calidad de la comida es buena, con excepción del pancake del desayuno. Pedimos una habitación matrimonial y nos dieron una habitación de dos camas y no fue muy agradable la situación, ya que me acerqué al supervisor y no me busco una solución.

Una vista maravillosa, me gustó la playa , personal muy atento, aunque me quejé que el agua de la ducha en mi habitación,203, solo salía caliente y bañarse era una odisea, otra cosa no muy significativa pero importante es que no ponen cucharas en la mesa , ah y de los restaurantes a la carta solo había uno ofreciendo servicio y nunca conseguimos cupo

Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath. Coming from where we were prior though I can't complain. The pool was great, and the woman at reception was also wonderful.
