「Everything was wonderful. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was great. Extremely attentive and friendly. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and they sent a nice chachuterie board to our room. Every evening the maid came by with a sweet treat for each room. The property is very nice and right on the bay. Very relaxing atmosphere . I would definitely consider returning to the Amaka Lodge 」

「Surfhouse pavones is located steps from the beach allowing several surf sessions a day. There is a cafe restaurant next door with unreal smoothies. A little market right up the street has it all. The rooms at the surfhouse were clean and the kitchen has everything including a view of pavones. A lot of woodwork and art at the surfhouse and plenty of room for surfboards. The owner is laid back, accommodating and knowledgeable to make the experience unforgettable.」

「A lovely stay. Clean, spacious waterfront suite with a fabulous water view where you can relax on the porch protected from the sun and rain and enjoy your breakfast. Excellent service, effective A/C. Pretty quiet overall. Nice pool. We would happily stay here again. 10/10, no notes. 」

「Luxury in the heart of nature. Botanika is a beautiful Hilton Curio property located opposite the airport (not a problem) on the edge of a lovely piece of jungle property on the edge of the bay. To be clear the bay is a bit of a walk from the property but there are nature walking trails. Pros: Modern, clean rooms; thoughtful staff & housekeeping); excellent restaurant and bar at pool; and a fantastic pool/Jacuzzi they have bulk sunscreen (great idea). 「Friendly, quick and easy check-in 」

「Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!」

「This place is great: very conveniently located walking distance to the beach and airport. The room was clean and had air conditioning and WiFi. You could see animals right out the door including an iguana in the garden area, scarlet macaw flying overhead and a sloth down the road. Great price. Will be back! 」
