However, we did not receive or were unsure how to utilize many of the amenities that we purchased with the premium package. "lack of elevators was the only downside to the resort if you have walking issues, otherwise food was excellent, and so were the staff. Entertainment fantastic, so much better than at Punta Cana. Will certainly revisit. Desk manager Sofia extremely accomodating, housekeeper Mercedes wonderful."
