I enjoyed the all inclusive services : excellent meals ,beach sports especially the sailing and the staff were professional. I felt safe there ,used their safety box. Enjoyed my tours outside the resort too . Great arrangement by the concierge and I got gift 😍👍

Was perfect for a six day relaxing getaway. I did request a room away from the action (quiet location) room through Expedia, at time of booking, that was not accommodated- which was a bit disappointing- but certainly didn’t greatly impede much.

Friendly staff, however for a family with toddlers and strollers, they should have elevators or assign a first floor bedroom not the third floor, also the alcoholics drinks barely had alcohol.

We have been going here and the Azteca three doors down for 20 years. We love them both. We like that it is not a high-priced bougie place. keep it up, Wyndham. We have been Club Viva members for almost 15 years and love the value.

As an experienced traveler customer service was the worse ever. No explanation from staff when questions ask or rational of their answers compared to other facilities I have been. For a hotel chain with great expectations I was dumbfounded.

I didn't like that when i first got there, they didn't show me where my room was so I got lost and it was hot and i was very tired since i had been up since 1am. Other than that, the place is very clean and the staff is amazing...... i would return there again for a future vacation

There was no air conditioner anywhere but the rooms. The ocean was super dirty and smelled horrible. Mini fridge in the room was empty. There was no water or any other drinks. The only good thing was the entertainment thing. You could go at the onsite restaurants only based on how many nights you were staying at the resort. The food was OK. I wouldn’t return there again.

The beach was dirty, with sargazo and brown color. The food had not variety. The personnel was not friendly, and even m when I asked for a drink, the worker told me it was self service, but with bad attitude. The best one, and honoring the Mayan roots was Noe. He was friendly, educated and always trying his best to serve us promptly.
