"We enjoyed our stay here from our arrival to our departure. We didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach because the waters are not kid friendly and is extremely windy. There were many surfers and very few swimmers. However the hotel has an excellent pool and many spots on the beach where you can sit, play and hangout and still enjoy the ocean view. "

"Fabulous property in a fabulous area to visit in Panama. Easy 10 minute walk to some really good restaurants at a shop or an easy Uber ride to the town with more restaurants and food shopping. We were told Uber didn’t work there. That’s not true. It did for the local trips. You just have to be careful if you take it outside of certain Panama provinces. "

Our room (ensuite bath) was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful Playa Coronado is 1km (.6 mile) walk. I highly recommend staying at El Litoral if you will visit Coronado."

"Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel. "

"We wish we could have had time to use the spa, but not on this trip. The property was stunning, the pools were perfect, the complimentary happy hour was a very pleasant surprise, the food at Fuego was amazing, the complimentary breakfasts were the best among the 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip. Everything was super clean and well maintained and we loved checking out the art everywhere we walked!"

"Temi, our host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool off our deck was lovely to cool off in after a round of golf. It was enjoyable to eat meals and spend the evenings on our deck playing cards. The kitchenette was nice to have so we could eat breakfast and a few other meals in our room. The fridge was a nice size so we had room for drinks and food. "

"Highly recommend! We enjoyed a very relaxing three week stay. The house is clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach and to grocery shopping. We managed very well without a car. The owner is very responsive. In the heat of the afternoon, the pool, hammock and lounge chairs were most welcome! "

"Host was welcoming. Provided us with a few amenities that were missing and arranged for plugged sink to be prepared.However this property is not suited for multi week stays. The reviews that we saw prior to booking were excellent however they were all for 1 or 2 night stays. The accommodation is basically a 1 room hotel room, with an extremely small kitchen, making it very difficult for meal preparation and clean up.Getting hot water was hit and miss and there was very little hot water pressure in the bathroom sink.The pool and restaurant were closed for the better part of 2 weeks of our 5 week stay to replace the pool decking. We were not aware that this would be happening when we booked. The host refused to compensate us for this shortfall. The pool complex when finished however was beautiful. Also the tennis and pickleball courts were great.The golf course was a nice layout but the leaves, especially off the fairway and also on the fairways on windy days, made it difficult to locate balls. Apparently this is the case for January to March for Panama trees and Guayacan trees. The golf carts though are in terrible shape. Four times in 15 rounds our cart quit on the course. At the best of times they were difficult to engage the motor.Being on site for the golf, tennis and pickle ball was very convenient but the suites were definitely not luxurious."
