Zimline Oceanfront Condo is a 2 bed., 2 bath condo located on beautiful Playa Serena Beach. This beautiful Oceanfront condo is part of Playa Serena Resort gated beachfront community connecting directly to Coronado Beach.

Luxurious, fully equipped condo, located right ON the beach. You have several miles of beachfront in each direction; great for walking/running/sun bathing..... just apply your own idea of relaxation . From the patio of this 21st floor condo you have a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and part of Coronado also. The condo is newly remodeled with all the comforts you could possibly need.
The kitchen is fully equipped with any appliance you might need: Refrigerator with ice maker, Coffee maker, microwave, blender, juicer, and all of the glassware, dishes, bowls, pots & pans, silver and cutlery you could possibly need. There is also a laundry area in the condo with a large size washer / dryer. This secure home will comfortably accommodate 2 to 6 people.

When we come to Panama, we want all of the comforts of home in this home away from home. We decided that our guests were entitled to enjoy all of the same amenities we enjoy here. Many owners have 2nd sets of things like linens, dishes, silver, etc. and also do not make all things available to their guests. We use all of the things our guests use and so when we see a sheet or towel that is beginning to show some wear, it is replaced with a new, good quality towel.

To give you a good idea of what we include in our condo, we have listed below many of the things you will find in what should be your home away from home.

* A master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bath right next door.

* There is an inflatable queen size air mattress to accommodate up to an additional 2 persons. The inflatable mattress has an electric pump for inflating and deflating the mattress.

* The living room has comfortable furniture that is updated as needed

* The condo has a water heater – many rentals in Panama do not have hot water.
* A Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator + all of the small appliances
* All of the plates, pots, pans, silverware + various kitchen utensils that you'll need.
* A Weber gas Q Grill is on the patio and you don’t pay additional for gas
* Split A/C units in every room for your comfort.
* A safe to store your small valuables such as rings, wallets, extra cash, etc.
* Guests are provided with start up materials also; soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
* Washer / dryer for guests to use right inside the condo.
* The condo is located in a gated community with security personnel on duty 24/7/365.
* Parking space; If you have a rental car, your car can be parked under cover inside the building in your own reserved parking space.
* Information letter; at least 2 weeks before you go we will provide you with an information letter that will give you detailed information such as: Directions from the airport-information about the condo such as WiFi password-safe combinations-contact information for the management company-cell phone instructions and much, much more regarding the condo and the area around our small resort.

Coronado is less than a 5 minute walk down the beach or a 5 minute drive. In Coronado you'll find 4 large 24-hour grocery stores w/ pharmacies, a walk-in medical center, Catholic Church, Synagogue, Banks and restaurants. Nearby you can travel to El Valle mountain village with: Thermal Springs, Treetop aerial ride, peaceful mountain forest trails and Handicrafts and Farmers markets. You can drive or take tours of the Panama Canal, or visit nearby towns and enjoy natural tropical settings, a rain forest and more in the way of Ecotourism. We will be more than happy to make recommendations of places to visit and tours you might like.

There are no 'hidden' costs in the rental amount we give you, i.e., taxes, linen service, government fees, etc.

You can see and hear the surf hitting the beach from the patio of the condo. Since you can hear the surf from both bedrooms the sounds of the surf will lull you to sleep each night.

All bedding, towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels and beach towels are provided. The condo is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, dishes, silverware and knives, table-wear, comfortable furniture, beds and patio table and chairs. We have a porta-crib for people who have a baby.

The master bedroom and the guest bedroom both have beautiful ocean/bay views.
