「Location is nice and convenient, close to ocean and national park. Issues we had (and hence 3 stars) are: rooms are very dark, very dim lighting, showers had no hot water half the time and when there was hot water then pressure in shower was very weak, dribble. Breakfast was good and nature all around. 」

「It was clean and basic met our needs. The staff were great and pool was nice location was great close to the beach and main street 」

「The place was awesome and customer service was beyond great, she was always there for my family when I needed it and I can’t thank her enough how awesome she was with me and my family. It is the best place I recommend any body to travel and stay whether is by yourself or your family. 「Property was walking distance to the beaches and town center. Pool was awesome! There's an area with hammocks tables and grill to cook out. We also had a kitchenette in our balcony. It was great cooking outside with the warm breeze. We also had a hammock where we spent a lot of our time listening to the nature sounds. The owner and staff were super friendly and always made sure we were good. 」

「We had a great stay. The staff were excellent. They were very kind, and made our stay very comfortable. The only thing l mussed was having a coffee machine, and a microwave. However they did provide coffee in the lobby in the morning. The hotel is right across the street from the ocean. Shopping , and restaurantes everywhere. Greeted with howler monkeys high up in the big tree across the street. Also a sloth right across the street. 」

「Wir hatten trotz 3 Tagen Regen einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben es geliebt, morgens durch den Garten zu laufen und die Vögel und anderen Tiere zu beobachten. Ein kompliment auch an den Gärtner, der scheinbar unermüdlich den Garten und (trotz Dauerregen) den Pool pflegte. Auch das Green House war groß, komfortabel und die Betten bequem. Die Küchenausstattung war etwas eingeschränkt, aber ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse.」

「We arrived and had to wait 40 minutes before anyone would even check us in because there was no one in the office. When the office person finally arrived, Luciano, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. He finally led us to our room after taking more than enough time to check us in.
