"Ocean View is nothing what the pictures show. Definitely needs to update pictures. We had booked 4 different rooms all four were very dirty one we noticed 2 cockroaches. Not enough towels were left in rooms, safe box didn't work in 3 rooms back sliding door did not lock at all. Very unsatisfied with our stay at this Hotel."

"Rooms were clean but dated, A/C barely kept room cool! Pool view with no view of ocean. Pool chairs always reserved with no one in them for many hours. No access to beach chairs either. Staff were amazing and friendly. "

"Really enjoyed our time here at the resort. Found that it was very clean. The room was OK. The mattress felt springy though. And I would’ve liked the flatter pillow. The air conditioning was a bit loud as well. I know that’s tough to work with, but it was something that my wife complained about a lot. Food was good. Staff is very friendly!"
