「Too many bad things to list but when you walk in the door you're hit with a heavy mold smell. Found mold on couches and dishes. Windows we're all completely covered in bird poop. One of the main features of this community is the communal pool which was in the listing. What they don't say is the owners have been kicked out of the pool club for other community violations and their renters don't have access. They blame "a new policy" but that is a lie, it is specific to them. We've been to Hermosa...

「The pictures posted by the host accurately depict this property. The views and pool really are this great! In fact, the whole property is gorgeous. The host is very helpful, responsive and pleasant. The location is fairly remote and as such there aren’t a lot of restaurants nearby. The closest we saw was a soda at the paquera ferry landing, but by the time we got there, they had closed for the night. There is a small store on the road leading into the property, but I can’t speak as to what is...

「The house was exactly as described with plenty of sleeping and common spaces for our two families of 4. The location had great access to activities (parks, ATV, zip lines). The beach club pool and bar were a great bonus. Rob was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to issues and questions. We would definitely come back.」

「Everything went well with the stay. Home was as advertised. Only issue I had was finding the unit at night with no cell service. Guards helped me locate the unit but that was our only hang up. would recomend.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Beachfront Bungalow on Playa Hermosa. The bungalow was just perfect for the four of us with comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, great huge front deck, amazing location, and safe and clean. We loved being able to just walk about 100 yards to one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. The property manager was very responsive and helped immediately when we had an issue with the kitchen faucet. I would recommend this property to anyone...it was that great! 」
