"I have been using VRBO for as long as VRBO has been in existence! This was by far one ur best family vaca. It hit all the points! Location, clean best host ever Denis is close by for all your needs. Swimming, kayaking and SUP as well as snorkeling and fishing are just mere yards away. The roominess was spectacular with plenty of space for alone time and family meals and game night. Tv in almost every room. 9 I believe. Covered front and back porches makes watching the occasional summer...

"This was the perfect woods home. Close to hiking, biking, the Ausable Chasm, Lake Placid, Whiteface - whatever we were looking to do, it was a short drive away. The pool and hot tub were great, although a bit cold as we were there later in the season."

"Loved our stay! We've been to Jay several times and this place stood out. Spacious, with plenty of seating for all, as well as perfect location to get to Placid, Keene, Plattsburgh, Ausauble or other day-trip sites. The drive way appears daunting from the main road, but, accessible in dry weather. Definitely need all-wheel or four-wheel drive in snow or very wet weather. Hot tub was clean, not overly chlorinated, and like thenrest of the property, well maintained. Definitely would stay again!"
