The hotel is not that old and with a bit more effort it could be very nice. Right now they don’t clean properly (bathroom, floor and chairs at the breakfast area). Breakfast had very limited selection and to get food we needed to ask the staff, they were out of eggs, coffee, fruits, even milk one day.

Paid a high price for a hotel under renovation. There was a strong smell of paint everywhere, and no front desk/lobby. Breakfast included?? The breakfast area was under renovation—they crammed everything into a small, unsuitable room. Overall, an unpleasant experience.”

The property is in the mid of renovation. The room and bathroom are very clean. The major drawback is noise from adjacent rooms. We can hear the baby next room crying most of the night and the room door has so much space which hallway noise and light can pass through immediately.

Bed was comfortable, internet was fast, staff was great, and breakfast was decent considering the breakfast area was under construction. It appeared that construction was almost complete when we were checking out.

Nous sommes allées pendant les rénovations, heureusement, car les travailleurs étaient très gentils et courtois ... contrairement à l'homme qui nous a reçu pour le check in en soirée qui était bête et impatient. The property is undergoing renovations which we were not made aware of. Our room had been refurbished and was excellent. The lobby is still under construction and a mess but not an issue. Rooms in this hotel are small, thus the name "micro" but were fine for short stays. There are not any cupboards or drawers but it was super clean, quiet and has friendly staff. we would stay again for short stays.

DO NOT STAY HERE RIGHT NOW. They are currently doing construction in the building. Shameful to not note this to guests. I specifically picked to stay at the microtel because of our experience at previous microtels and this one did not compare. the rooms are updated and the property will be nice when it’s done - we did have weird green stuff all over our mirror which was the only thing off in the room. we paid what i’m assuming is full price $160/night plus pet fee, to have construction noises starting at 8 am right outside of our door since for some reason they put us literally in the room touching the lobby where the construction was taking place that day. Breakfast was a joke - it was being served IN A HOTEL ROOM. Offering toast and bagels, fruit and hard boiled eggs. Saw construction workers grabbing food from the already incredibly awkward room of other hotel guests. Overall wish we would have picked a different place to stay in town.

L'unique problème c'est qu'ils sont en train de rénover le lobby, il faut sortir à l'extérieur et entrée par une autre porte pour rejoindre le personnel ainsi que le local du déjeuner, c'est pas très pratique, mais dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel et la chambre était propre et en bon état.

This property was fine for a one night stay. The room is basic and seemingly clean. Lobby under major construction and I didn't know in advance. I would have expected lower cost for the conditions. Messy. Dusty. Paint smell. Breakfast in room right by construction. Basic offerings. Not stocked or checked until ending at 10. I cannot recommend at this time but probably post construction it's adequate for a one to two night stay. It is close to restaurants, shopping and University. Not too far from Lake Champlain

L'évaluation est difficile car l'établissement est en rénovation. Par contre, on aurait aimé le savoir lors de la réservation. Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de chaises pour la prise du petit déjeuner.

Construction!!! Very disappointing as there was construction going on. There was no front desk, no lobby. You couldn’t enter from the front door. We were not aware of this. It was not mentioned by either Expedia or the hotel. It seems like a fairly new hotel and I was so looking forward to staying at a nice place. There was no breakfast area, but it was served in one of the hotel rooms, so there was no seating. This felt a very weird. There was drilling and men working even on Saturday when we tried to relax in our room. Our room was very nice and the staff were super friendly and understanding given the circumstances. I’m sure the hotel will be very beautiful but it’s too bad we didn’t get to enjoy the hotel lobby and breakfast. Had I known about the construction, I wouldn’t have booked.

A notre arrive nous avons constaté qu'il y avait des travaux dans le hall d'entrée, il n'y avait pas de réception et un bruit d'enfer nous cassait les oreilles. La réception était placée temporairement dans un chambre, la personne a l'accueil avait l'air à bout....pas vraiment de sourire. Nulle part il était écrit qu'il des travaux. L'hôtel aurait du informer Expedia.

As a health and safety standpoint I rate this place 0. It’s under construction due to mold and the containment is open. With asthma we had to walk through it. Mold is just painted, razors on the stairs. They should have containment set up so we’re not breathing all that active construction dust and mold in as well as, remove the mold. They’re just painting over it. My husband is in mold remediation field and he was shocked that the hotel was allowing this. The fire alarm rang early in the AM (two days in a row) and we had to take the stairs. Razors left everywhere from them replacing the carpet. The free breakfast completely exposed since it’s in a room next to the construction, opened. I would have appreciated if they told us about this in advance so we can make different arrangements especially since it’s not being handled or maintained correctly. My kids and myself have asthma and this is not ethical. The shower was also not draining, with hair in shower. Gross. The room curtain and shower curtains ripped and curtain spelled like pee.

I was not able to stay. When I booked as pet friendly, I then called hotel to ask for a possible earlier check in. When I mentioned my cat, the desk clerk said no cats allowed, the manager doesn’t allow cats. I asked to speak with the manager, not available. I asked them to phone me. The desk clerk called back and reiterated no cats. This was a non refundable reservation. I told the clerk to cancel. I had to seek other accommodations. Not pet friendly.
