We initially had some concerns though after speaking with someone, our concerns were resolved. Westgate is a beautiful resort and very clean. Most staff are friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel has everything inside. The Water Park was fun and in very good conditions.
The rooms are big and have everything inside. The service was excellent. We received everything that requested.

Apr 2, 2019This is the bathroom full of mold. And I had to pay to “upgrade” to this room. The first room the whole building smelled like sewage.
