Georgia was happy to give us recommendations for which water taxi to use to avoid high prices, restaurants nearby, and offered to hold our luggage after check out when our ferry didn’t leave for a few hours. "Lorena apartments are a superb accommodation in Pomena! Location is excellent, tucked away from busy port where the boats and yachts dock yet on a walking distance to excellent restaurants and entrance to the beautiful national park. Interior is well maintained with modern and tasteful style and the apartment is well equipped with everything you might need for a stay. Hosts are very welcoming and super helpful. Highly recommend Lorena for stay in Mljet!"

"Great communication, easy check in close to everything "

"We were treated very friendly, the house was very clean, the outside area was fantastic. we'd love to come back!"

"The communication was terrible. I sent two messages on Hotels.com the morning prior arrival and never get any answer. We arrived at 17 at the flat and when I called the host he said he would be here "in a minute". We waited 45 mn. Not a nice experience after hours of driving. Then an hostesd came and checked in us in 5mn without even apologize. A part of that the flat is well located, 5 mn from a great beach and 15mn from the "center". The equipment was good for our short stay and the balcony...

"We were a group of 4 families and we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality from Pero and his family including a local traditional meal. The properly is great and we had all the 5 apartments to us with the swimming pool . Children enjoyed playing ping pong and we all had fun swimming and diving in the lake near by. Pero also has great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. Thanks Pero. "

"Wij waren hier voor de tweede keer met ons gezin. Het huisje had een kleine update gehad (wastafel en airco boven vervangen). Het blijft een heel bijzonder plekje, ook met de duikboot bunker vlakbij, al was het naast gelegen strandje wel iets drukker overdag dan 2 jaar geleden. We hebben echt weer genoten!"

In addition, the comfort, cleanliness, space, and the equipping of the kitchen, etc. was wonderful. Even though we were at the end of the season, we found enough facilities that were open. And the sea was perfect for swimming!"

"This property can be summarised in one word....WOW. Spotlessly clean, with a touch of luxury! We loved our stay in the Villa"

"Disappointed on arrival to find out the on site restaurant had closed 2 wks previously and our units hot tub was not working properly…the 2 main reasons we booked this more isolated property. Upside, we had a fantastic meal at the Pizzeria Maslina in Drvenik and when we returned, the staff had the hot tub starting to heat although it was a very slow process and the filter never did function properly. Transparent communication on their behalf regarding the restaurant closure would have allowed us...

"The hotel couldn’t be better located for the old town and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was modern and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. We also loved having two basins in the bathroom - saves the his / her arguments :) Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"On our way between Split and Dubrovnik lies the splendid city and island of Korcula. Villa Antonio is ideally suited to use the passenger ferry to the island, directly into Korcula old town. While many reviews have already highlighted the splendid breakfast at the hotel, we would love to add and note the superb dinner (buffet style) that we enjoyed during our stay, with plenty of different fish, meats, deserts and other dishes. That alone is a reason to stay at the Villa! We especially recommend booking the suite with view of the sea and two bedrooms, which gave us a fantastic and comfortable 2-night-stay. The only pity was that the rooms do not have fridges to keep cold drinks. "

"Excellent location right a water taxi stop, very friendly staff and fantastic value. Great little beach restaurant on the water. 2 pretty pools. Lots of activities for kids. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment - comfortable, AC and kitchen. Great grocery store directly across the street. Resort could use updating, but otherwise, a fantastic place to stay to enjoy all Korcula and nearby islands have to offer. "
