It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. 」

The room is on a street that cars are not permitted to park which helped make for a very peaceful nights sleep. It was a beautiful room with a balcony, and being able to open the door for sun and fresh air was s plus.
