Beautiful property excellent staff super & accommodating will definitely come back again

Property was excellently located, super clean and quiet.

It was a very clean room upon arrival. I was greeted with a smile and the man who helped me check in was very kind and made sure I knew what was around whether it was the grocery store or some places he’d recommend to eat There was sadly a water shortage (which is sadly common) but Ola made sure to communicate their status prior to my arrival so there were no surprises and I was more than happy to oblige and do my part to be frugal on water. The amenities were great. Our room had a safe, fridge, and sink in the kitchenette outside the bathroom which was VERY useful. The elevator is quite small so be prepared for this. It’s only four floors. The bar and bartenders were always the same throughout our stay… open and with someone ready to serve you. Exactly what you want in Puerto Rico. I was very impressed with the breakfast. It’s small (fits on the bar) but has a lot more than meets the eye. There was waffle sticks, sausage links, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, juices and hard boiled eggs were all out and ready with someone behind the bar to cook you other things upon request. We told them we booked through Expedia and the came to our room with a bottle of wine! Would recommend! Walking distance from condado beach and so much around the hotel
