「I would give this hotel 11/10 rating. I has already high expectations going there but a was overwhelmed. Let me concentrate on less obvious features which make this hotel so good. It has its own style. It call itself “spirit hotel”. It definitely is. The spa section is excellent. Indoor/outdoor pools/saunas… all new/clean/perfect it definitely was freshly renovated with the great attention to details. And the best of all : their friendly personnel. 「I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean. We will be back! 」

Short walks to shops and restaurants. Fasion/Boutique/eclectic is not usually our 'thing', but it was fun to be out of our element! Hope to go back after the 2026 olympics.」

「The room is very nice with beautiful mountain view. Staff is very kind to show us about the hiking couse etc... But the day of our depature, the some parts of Dromite pass closed for bike days from 10 am to 3pm. I got this information when I went to the concierge asking about the route just before check out. It was already 10 am. If the road was closed such a long time, it will affect our itinerary. Because I was thinking to drive to Bolzano that day by stopping some parts of the Doromite pass....

「ホテルが中心地から離れていることが難点で、夏期はホテルの送迎バスはない。車がないと、公共のバス利用か中心地まで徒歩になる。公共のバスはホテルの目の前に停まり、また、中心地まで歩くと30分弱かかるが、景色が良く苦にはならない。立地条件以外は、施設、料理、ワイン、スタッフのサービスのどれをとっても、すばらしく、宿泊して後悔することはない。次回もここに泊まりたい。」

「Our stay at Hotel Pontives was exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. A great variety to choose from and very generous portions. They were even kind enough to pack us lunch to go upon check out. Location is great and close to many sites and amenities. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the region. 」
