"The room was clean but it is so noisy as it is on ground floor. The traditional door was a great decor but not sealed well make the noises even worse. Large riad, great location, nice people."

"This Riad is an absolute gem. It was the first on our visit and it was all exquisite. Location is outstanding, yet the Riad itself is tucked away. The staff are amazing. The Riad has a Jazz Bar, restaurant, a few bars, and a rooftop bar. There is a show every night and music stops at 11. Though some rooms are more quiet than others (we had 2 rooms, one of which was tucked away (2 adults, 2 teenagers)), you'll hear music in many other rooms. It gets super quiet once all guests leave around 11:30. This is a special Riad. The Jazz is fantastic, the food outstanding. A real find. But consider somewhere else if you are ready for a quiet night at 9 PM."

"The hotel is very beautiful with absolutely stunning gardens – the grounds really make a big impression and create a wonderful atmosphere. The food is very good and the staff is polite and friendly. However, you need to be very careful with room location. Rooms not facing the garden are very noisy, which can significantly affect the stay. Communication by email is also quite poor – we never received replies to some of our emails, including one regarding flowers that were delivered to the hotel and were unfortunately of very poor quality. Overall, we have mixed feelings. On one hand, it is a wonderful and impressive hotel, especially because of the gardens. On the other hand, small issues like noise and lack of email communication negatively affect the overall experience. We would still recommend the hotel, but strongly advise choosing a garden-facing room and confirming important requests in advance."

"We had an amazing stay with my 11-year-old son. The staff were incredibly kind, helping us find local shops and even picking us up after our desert tour—my son loved riding on their cart! The dinner and mint tea here were the best we had in all of Morocco. They even prepared delicious takeaway crepes for our flight home. Truly personal and thoughtful service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech!"
