「Very clean and nice staffs」

「Great location if u are w a car; staff was very attentive, room was lovely and very functional and breakfast was great w variety and fresh items. Antonella checked me in and since the gym was not open, she let me borrow 2 weights so I could work out in my room; both male bartenders in the evening (my apologies, I did not get their names) were so accommodating and Laura at breakfast on Sunday was so lovely and attentive. GREAT hotel when u visit Matera.」

「The room was basic but clean, apart from the shower which was mouldy. The general hotel was clean, some stains on the carpets but looked like a leak. Breakfast was good, great selection and all presented really nicely. No coffee or tea in the room, well there were tea bags but no cups! The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, the view is a lorry park which is quiet at the weekend but on Monday, the lorries use their horns as they arrive and leave the depot. The pool is dangerous....

「Everything perfect. Good location , clean room and very kind service.」

「Bonne expérience」

「Great location, yet quiet. Rooms were a good size.」

「Excellent」

「Brilliant hotel has everything needed, unfortunately they was doing works on bottom floor but can only imagine how beautiful it will look when done. Reception staff could be a little more friendly as I did ask a question one morning about getting to a town and had eyes rolled at me. But overall clean and nice hotel definitely want to return.」

「This was the MOST AMAZING place I have ever stayed at. This is not a hotel it's truly an experience. From the minute you walk in the doors you are transformed back in time. I have traveled alot it is my job and this is a one of a kind. The staff is outrageously qualified and beyond helpful. The room amazing. The food and culture exceedEd my expectations. I will forever love this place」
