「The staff was very helpful. For ecample they allowed me to use the spa facilities on the day of my check-out after retunring from a trail running event although the check-out time already passed. 」

「The reservation check in agent Emily was extremely rude. . I can not express how very terrible she was and the number of mistakes she made. Wrong room, wrong names on the room several time, wanting to charge us for 3 cars when we only had 1. 🙄 those behind us also had problems being told they had no reservation though their room was paid in full. Expedia had to step in and contact the property on their behalf.」
