部屋のドアのロックが動かなくなり、朝4時に部屋を出たら入れなくなった。従業員が確認するが、その間10分ほど薄着で寒い中、風邪を引きそうに。従業員の特殊な装置でたまたま開いたところで荷物を回収したものの、10時までメンテナンスが来ないと。修理を任せて学会へ。ところが、戻ってきたらそのことが交代した従業員に申し送りされていない。結局部屋を移動。WiFiがとても遅く、ネットアクセスが悪い。ところが、移動したら別のWiFiが使えるようになってこちらは速い。部屋によって当たり外れがあり、従業員間での情報共有も十分されていないことを懸念。

特に良いところも悪いところもないです。あまりwifiの接続は良くなかったと思います。ピッツバーグのダウンタウンには平日だとバスがあるので乗ることをオススメします。

Definitely got a smoking toom when I asked for non smoking. My eyes watered the entire time, which is saying a lot, cause I was a long time smoker. The room was pretty gross in general.

The check in process was easy and straightforward. However. I paid extra for a queen suite and still was out in a room with double beds. The front desk clerk said nothing about this at check in. The beds had no blankets, just a sheet. It wasn’t a filthy room but definitely wasn’t cozy. When I was checking in there was another couple fighting for a refund because their room was filthy. She showed me pictures and wished me luck. Hair in the beds, tooth paste in the sink, drink rings on the counter, shower clearly not cleaned. They were told there were no other rooms so I didn’t complain about the discrepancy with what I paid for vs. received. But it feels dishonest, even if it’s a small amount of money.

Room was very subpar.Wasn't very clean, had an odor of smoke and sewage. When I turned on the heat, it was blowing air that reeked of sewage, so I didn’t use it even though the temperature outside was 32°. I could see the outside through the crack in the door, which was letting in a cold draft and could hear people outside clearly. Room had plaster chipping, patched paint on walls. Shower had mold and the bottom liner where the drain was rose up when taking a shower. Also had hot water issues, none coming from sink except cold only. Noisy outside with people fighting late at night and trucks coming and going. I only stayed here because they allow pets free of charge. I thought I was only paying $48 a night through Expedia, but was charged $56.00 a night when I saw my bill.

My husband and myself had a very nice stay. The room was nicely put together and clean. The bathroom didnt have the same organization as the other Wyndham hotels. I feel like the presentation could be better. As someone who is a housekeeper for a living. Nobody called our room, and the door was only knocked on once before three people tried to enter the room we were staying in. Im not sure why the door wasnt knocked on three times before entry. Customers didnt have clothes on when employees tried to enter. The presentation could be better. As a housekeeper myself, the protocal needs enforced. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. Thank you for giving us a place to lay our heads.

I rented to rooms. The one room was filthy bug in the shower stall and just dirty. Ok got a room change. Door don't work properly had to use your body weight to open it, had to go to the front desk again, hotel attendance got it opened but pushing and turning on it. Once in the heat was blazing and the bed was covered in stink bugs..So we didn't even occupy the second room. Let allow the building is deplorable and it's also a residence to a lot of it's guess.And we don't feel safe.This is a establishment that needs some looking in from corporate..

I booked a deluxe room with a queen bed. Was given a room with 2 full beds instead. The room was gross. Pubic hair on the toilet. Tv was on when we entered the room as if someone had been in there. Blood spots on the sheets. Felt extremely uncomfortable right away and didnt want to stay. We decided it was just for the night and to suck it up, knowing Motel 6 in general doesnt have the best reputation, but was all that was available in the vicinity we were looking to stay for the night (unless we had $500 + to fork over for a room for one night) Until... i looked over and saw a cockroach crawling on the headboard of the bed. We hadnt even been in there 5 minutes and that was the what did it for me. I went to the front desk and told the guy id like a refund, because for $97, I thought there'd be some sensible standards and i was not about to sleep with roaches and risk bringing them home. He said he cant do that. Best he could do is give me $15 back. Im still beside myself. I have pictures. We left and found a hotel 20 miles away from where we actually wanted to stay, and i still havent even received my $15. A complete joke!!

When we got to the room, the lights were on, the curtain was open, and the TV was on. We walked in, and the floorboards were coming up off the ground. Exposed wiring was behind the bed. The bed sheets looked like they had not been changed or washed in weeks. The bedsheet had burn holes, and I found glass in the bed. The bathroom was disgusting, and the wall was chipping away along with the tile in the shower. When we went to the office to tell them about it, they said, "I'm sorry you are displeased!" We ended up having to get a completely different hotel.
