Room and refrigerator smelled like old Chinese food. Room had a window style unit that smelled like food grease when turned on. Room surfaces were coated in grease and I had to ask for some kind of cleaner and paper towels to wipe the surface to put my things on the counters and I was given a plastic cup of laundry detergent. Pillows smelled like unwashed hair and body odor. Floor was sticky and bathroom door stuck half way open.

We were very thankful for all the help that Kirsten at the front desk provided for us. We made a mistake by booking a queen bedroom. She worked very hard to accommodate us and have us moved to a king bedroom. She was very friendly, courteous and attentive to all of our needs. She is an exceptional employee. The manager Neilish was also wonderful and personally explained, and apologized for an elevator issue and offered to help us get our bags down when we checked out. We stayed on two separate occasions in 2 weeks. We asked if we could have the same room on our return and in spite of being very busy, he saved the room for us.

Whatever cleaning products are used the room has a very strong sharp odor. Gets in clothes etc. bathroom needs better cleaning. Tv had chip missing out of screen. For such highly rated property was disappointing

Avoid Sleep In.

Avoid this hotel. In disrepair. Cabinet doors hanging from hinges, beat up furniture. The fold out saga bed is disgusting, but we needed to use. Unfriendly staff, disinterested. Expensive.

Rosa at checkin was very nice. Room was fine. However internet didn’t work until close to 9 pm. Worst part was room never got below 75 degrees. Wall stat was set down to 66 but air conditioning was obviously having a bad day. Was very uncomfortable.

I would give it a 7/10 rating

I would say that our stay was good. The room was good, the breakfast was OK as well. I would stay here again. The hotel could use some touchups. The rooms, in my case, did not have a desk chair which would have been nice. Outside there was a need for someone to do a little litter pickup. The staff was very friendly and as noted, I would stay here again as the accommodations in the room were comfortable.

Someone put oil in the iron which ruined my shirt. The owner reimbursed me. I had to ask for blanket and pillow for the sleeper couch. You could feel every spring in the mattress. Needs updating

Mainstay after Hospital Stay

My dad and I we're at the 6/21/24 Rays vs Pirates baseball game. Unfortunately, he would pass out due to heat exhaustion while at the game. Before this happened, we booked a room at Mainstay Suites because he did not feel like driving 2 hours back to our hometown. After waiting countless hours at the hospital, my dad felt much better and we would finally be able to check in at Mainstay Suites. Safe to say, it did not disappoint. Even though we only had an overnight stay, room 332 was extremely comfortable and clean.
