THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA. PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. ANY VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN PENALTY AND CLEANING FEES.

The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. An additional fee of $10 per extra will apply for each guest over 4, up to a total of 8 guests. This helps cover extra cleaning and preparation time.

If your coming on a day needing (ex.) 4 night minimum, but you need less than that, reach out to us, we may be able to accommodate!

The home is nice, but the driveway is very steep and may be difficult for larger vehicles to safely park especially if other vehicles happen to park on the road across from driveway.

Very nice property conveniently located to everything we needed. The only drawback was that VRBO has the wrong address on the site. We went to a random house and spoke to the owner who was very nice and pointed us in the right direction. And we didn't receive the welcome email so I had to message on the app to get the lock code after we arrived. A little stressful at the beginning but overall a great stay.

The property had hair in the bathrooms which had not been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. The bed upstairs broke when I sat up the first morning and owner told me how to "fix" it. The upstairs bedrooms were very warm. The carpet upstairs was not cleaned. The downstairs bedroom had a bed that was almost on the floor. The pictures of the listing showed a bed off the floor and white walls.The outdoor patio was overrun with weeds and looked nothing like the pictures. There were several other pictures that were not accurate either. Missing setee in entry area, upstairs bathroom did not have an extra cabinet and there were no rugs out at all. One of the bath towels had a pink lipstick mark on it which could have been stained, but gave an indication that the property was not clean. There was no bathmat upstairs and the one that I pulled out from under the sink had a dirty footprint on it. The owner was not helpful at all when initially reached out to with concerns. For the cleanliness issue, she said that hair was probably shed by her cleaner and that she would have her wear a hair net in the future. No offer to correct the immediate dirty property issues. We chose to end our 4 night stay after 1 night. The positive was that it was fairly conveniently located to a lot of things and it was located in a quiet area.

We really enjoyed our stay in PA! The home was comfortable and great for our family. It was a good location for exploring the city. The host communicated well and made everything easy. We'd definitely recommend it to other families! Thank you!

Very nice professional on the phone. The house was very clean when we got there. It’s about 20-30 minutes from the downtown and the neighborhood is quiet.

Stay was a 10/10 definitely will be booking again also they are very detailed on to where to put and throw things out at during your stay also a lot of stuff had labels wig u where confused on anything
