Top Pittsburg Landing Public Use Area Hotel Reviews
Comfort Inn Bolivar
8/10 Good
"I can’t really give this a five star because well really there wasn’t anything that stood out as exceptional. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. It was just a basic stay. I only stayed for one night due to a golf tournament that I was in the following day. The breakfast was a continental breakfast for some reason, they weren’t allowed to have a hot breakfast and the pool was closed so that’s why I gave the amenities 3 stars."
"Our room needed a new mattress. The king mattress had springs pop when we moved. Hips hurt a bit. Overall great place and great staff. 5 stars if they get new mattress. "
"The pillows were a bit lumpy but the bed was comfortable enough. The doors tend to slam behind people which is disruptive to anyone who is sleeping at the time. Otherwise it was a good night's rest at the end of our vacation and journey home."
"I consider it risky to venture away from the known chain hotels, but I struck gold with this one! This was a very unique stay. It resembles a motel but doors do open to an interior hall full of antiques. We were greeted by chickens as we came out in the morning. Beds are very comfy, with soft, fuzzy blankets like home. Rooms were spotless and staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is no breakfast, but fridge in the room and access to a microwave. Rooms are decorated with the type of wood they are named after. Very comfy, welcoming, homey feel."
Postcard Cabins Ozark Highlands, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy
10/10 Excellent
"Godfrey and I had a wonderful time at the Postcard Cabins. The solitude allowed for a much needed reboot. Life can be stressful and the quiet atmosphere was just st what we needed. "
"We were not issued a key entry into cabin, so we had to leave the door unlocked while we were away. We came back one day and there were carpenter ants in our food on the counter. I ended up spraying outside while I killed all the ants inside.we checked out a day earlier and notified the host by email and no response on either about the keyless entry or by checking out early by one day. I had to borrow a leaf blower on cleaned off the back deck and fire pit area so we could enjoy the fire pit."
