"I had a great stay. The place is conveniently located next to the black lake, the durmitor ring and the little downtown. The place is pretty spacious and can accommodate 4 persons (tables well be a bit small then). I was traveling solo so I had so much space for myself. The man at SOA Hotel was very unsympathetic and kept saying the hotel room was our best option/best thing for us! Obviously it was the best option for them, not us! We are trying to get a refund but they are refusing! At no point did they try and contact us about the apartment not being ready, if they had we could have arranged something else much sooner! It’s a scam!"
