"Host was phenomenal and so very accommodating during a difficult period in international travel. The Villa looks like the pictures and the garden is great getaway with plenty of space to share company. The breakfasts are of generous proportions and the home cooked food great. The team on-site were friendly, courteous and very helpful in addressing our every need, striking the right balance of being there when needed, but giving privacy when required. "

"Pretty location in a quiet area. Easy access to Galle and Hikkaduwa by tuk tuk. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Option of Sri Lankan or Western breakfast. Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. "

Tharanga is an exceptional house manager, friendly and professional... provided great suggestions and advice throughout our stay. We were incredibly fortunate to enjoy beautiful food & hospitality from Tharanga and her team (Chandrika and Dissna)... delicious breakfasts and Sri Lankan food (thank you!!!). The villa is a short ride into Hikkaduwa for cafe's, beaches & activities. We were fortunate to spend New Year at a local beach restaurant (walking distance) ... a fantastic night, thanks Tharanga for that suggestion!! I would highly recommend Tharanga as an amazing host and Luxury Villa as a great place to stay and relax!!! "

Located right next to the Radisson Blu at Gintota, the property enjoys a prime yet peaceful setting, just a short walk from a clean, quiet beach that feels almost private due to the lack of crowds. We were privileged to be the very first guests and stayed in the Terrace Suite, which offered exclusive access to a private terrace with dual views—one overlooking a serene garden and the other opening toward the beach. The property exudes a refined, calming vibe, with top-quality finishes throughout. The rooms are spacious, beautifully lit, and filled with natural sunlight during the day. At night, leaving the doors open lets you drift off to the soothing sound of ocean waves. The grand lobby, elegant dining area, cosy couches, and a lovely indoor guest-only pool elevate the overall experience. The food deserves special mention—freshly cooked, organic, and absolutely delicious. Hosts Sanjeeva and Asanka were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly at home. With Galle Fort just 10 minutes away and Unawatuna Beach 15 minutes away, the location is ideal.
