「The villa was beautiful and exactly as the images. The aircon was brilliant and we have plenty of space as a family of 4. We spent most of our time around the pool or cooking on the BBQ. Matera was lovely to visit and only around 15 minutes by car. Most of the restaurants didn't open until around 7:30 or 8pm which was a shock for us when we got there at 5:30 with young children looking for somewhere to eat. 「We were two couples who stayed in this lovely home in Castellaneta Marina for about a week in October. It was immaculately clean, has a full kitchen and living area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we were very happy to have screens in the bedroom windows so we could sleep with them open at night. 「We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't fault it. The property was well equipped with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Angela was very friendly and provided us with good suggestions of where to visit and where to eat. We travelled to many of the villages and towns she recommended and loved Basilicata.
