Great house and location! Easy walking access to the beach and downtown. The house was clean, cozy and had had all the necessary amenities to help make the stay relaxing and fun. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and needs. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable spot in Pismo.

Family getaway

Had a great time reconnecting with family. There are lots of interesting places to eat within walking distance. House was lovely. Really enjoyed the rooftop view.

Excellent spacious property

Lots of room for a large family vacation.... very convenient - walking distance to everything. Owner was exceptionally responsive. We had an issue pop up unexpectedly and the owner offered numerous possible solutions right away. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great Location

Highly recommended, fun family vacation stay!

New Years get away

Great house!

Great house and even better location. Short walk to downtown and best part is your not in the chaos of downtown. Rooftop is awesome. Will definitely stay again

4-day Christmas Holiday in Pismo Beach, CA

The house was clean and well stocked. It was in a very convenient location to the beach and downtown. The owner was very responsive. We really appreciated the nice touch of having a small Christmas tree and exterior lights already in place when we arrived.

Convenient Location and Great Condo

We've rented this unit a few times now and it is by far our favorite place to stay at Pismo Beach. Not only is the location the best, the place is clean and stocked with everything we need and we can bring our dog too! The owner is friendly and responsive and provide a list of local activities to do.

Birthday getaway

This place was def one of our favorites! The property was clean, great location and our family fit comfortably. There were some other renters nearby and they were loud the first night. We will def be staying here again!

Beautiful house in a perfect location walking distance to the Pismo Pier in under 15 minutes. Parking was not an issue. Plenty of room inside the house and amenities were all included. Would definitely recommend!

Best property in the country!

Our family travels quite a bit and this is by far one of the best properties we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The proximity to food, entertainment and things to do all walkable is hard to beat. The property had ample space and was very clean and up to date. Will definitely be coming back to this property!

Pismo Beach condo

Great location! Condo has everything you need, easy access to beach, food and shopping- well stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. Only issue was WiFi was spotty and would be nice to have laundry detergent and a few more garbage bags. Would stay here again when we come back.

Perfect location, Perfect stay

We loved staying here. Short walk to downtown pier. So many amazing cafes and restaurants just within blocks. The home was clean, wonderfully decorated, and a great layout. We loved the rooftop patio and spent our sunsets up there. There was the perfect breeze for warm summer nights, and since the property was on a quiet street, it was so nice to be able to sleep with the windows open! We are looking forward to staying here again!

Truly fantastic location

The layout of the building worked perfectly for our small group with a little bit of extra privacy on the bottom floor for extended family. The place was very clean and the location felt very safe. We enjoyed walking to breakfast a few times. Only slight hiccup was inconsistent internet connection, but thankfully we were there for recreation and not business. We would stay there again. Great place!

Short getaway

We came as a group of 7, spanning 3 generations from kids to elderly, for a short stay in Pismo. Kelly’s place was a spacious, comfortable and clean place to call home for a few nights for all of us. The home itself is beautifully decorated and inviting. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, cookware and anything else we needed (not always the case at previous vacation rentals we’ve stayed at) There were also chairs and other beach toys/supplies we could use in the garage. The location is convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants. Kelly was always quick and kind to answer any questions I had and gave us lots of useful info on the area. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely look to stay here again if we get the chance to visit in the future! Thanks for hosting our family, Kelly!

Great House, Great Location

My family of four and my SIL's family of four all stayed comfortably at this house. The location was perfect within walking distance to the beach and downtown. We had such a great experience that Pismo is our new favorite place! Will be back.

FABULOUS HOME

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The townhouse is even larger than it seems in pictures and is absolutely beautiful and clean. Very spacious! The unit is stocked with everything you would ever need. The patio roof top deck has panoramic views of the Ocean and the Pismo Reserve mountains - so pretty. Kelly was wonderful to work with. The location is prime with plenty of parking and an easy short stroll to the beach shops. Cant wait to go back! I highly recommend this townhouse.

Awesome Spring Break Condo!

We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking our second car on the street, but that might not be true in the summer. Based on some of the other reviews, we were nervous about the internet since both my husband and I needed to call into work meetings, but we had absolutely no issues with the internet. The property owner was super responsive on email and provided a helpful list of things to do and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, wonderful stay!

Cannot say enough about how clean, updated, and well appointed this home was. Separate bathrooms/living spaces for the three couples (two of us with young kids :) made it easy to navigate, the roof deck was beautiful, and everything was very walkable to the beach and downtown Pismo. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Beach cart/chairs and even toys for the kids were an added bonus! We will definitely stay here again.
