「beautiful and clean house! Host is friendly and responsive to our questions」

「It was a a great stay for us for two days. The area around was okay and safe, and the walk to town and the town itself were fantastic. The property itself was also great. We loved the little touches, such as all the extra towels and blankets, and the whole drawer full of coffee accompaniments. I would suggest a full shower in both bathrooms, instead of only a bathtub in one. Also, there were a couple of short instances of loud noise from upstairs, but not enough to forgo renting again. 「We had our family at the house over the Thanksgiving holiday. That’s 6 adults and 3 kids ages 11 (boy) and girls (both 8). The house sleeps 8 comfortably but our grandson opted for an inflatable mattress instead of the fold out downstairs. The house could use some curtains or blinds in the upstairs living area. There is lots of glass and the sun can be blinding. But overall, the house is comfortable, orderly and everything works. The host was very responsive. 」

「Place was super clean and host was accommodating to a late checkout for our specific date. Kitchen is well-stocked. Easy parking and very close to Grover Beach (very short drive or doable walk if not lugging lots of items.) Corner coffee shop and bakery were excellent.The master bed is on the firmer side, for those who wish for a cushier mattress. I was fine. 「Jon & Melany were great hosts! Location was superb and the classic beach bungalow feel of the rental was on point. The minor items that came up were addressed swiftly and the working with us on a later departure couldn’t have gone smoother or been more accommodated. Overall the location has been saved for future family get togethers for years to come! 」

「We really loved our stay in this house! We came to the area to attend a wedding. The house was minutes from shops and restaurants. It was very well stocked and super clean and cozy. The beds, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable and the game room and hot tub were a huge plus. We would definitely rent this house again! Thanks for the comfortable stay!」

「The hosts were very responsive to us and appreciated their warm welcome. The home was so close to Grover's beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. From the beach we were able to walk to Pismo where we hung out for the day. They have a nice patio area but unfortunately we weren't able to use the amenities during our short stay. 」
