We enjoyed our family stay at Pismo. The home is wonderfully located and well provisioned for a large family. We enjoyed spreading out in the spacious living areas. We had a couple of minor issues arise but the local team handled them promptly.

Relaxing At The Beach

We had a wonderful time walking on the beach, doing puzzles, and reconnecting with family. It was so nice for everyone to get away from the work day grind. It is always fun to walk the neighborhood with all the shops. We love the Old West Cinnamon Roll Shop!

We had a family get together and ironically the place was decorated with Herons and that’s our family crest. The pictures online don’t do it justice. The location is perfect and we all had a great time! If there is one thing negative to comment about, it’s that there is a local black cat that kept getting in the house and we had people that are allergic so it was annoying. Other than that, it’s highly recommended!

Best Family Vacation - Excellent Location

Our family has stayed here several times and it accommodates everyone perfectly! Always clean, well stocked, and plenty of parking for several vehicles. Highly recommend!

Great location for beach and places to eat

This property is great for three families and kids if all adults want their own bathroom in their room and then have shared bathrooms for kids. Great views of the beach, about a one minute walk to beach. Walking distance to great restaurants. And ,most thongs you would want to do are with in 20 minutes or closer. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Perfect Property for Friends & Family

My group of friends and I rented out this property while we were in the area for a wedding in nearby San Luis Obispo, and it was absolutely perfect! Both houses were clean, and we felt right at home. I cannot tell you how many times everyone said "this place is such a great find!" Bonus: the beds were the comfiest I've experienced in a rental situation. Our group also had a wonderful time exploring everything Pismo had to offer. The town is extremely walkable from this property, and we found ourselves loving the local atmosphere. By the end of our trip, we felt right at home navigating to the different coffee shops, restaurants, and nearby bars. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm in the Pismo/SLO area!

Amazing Family Weekend

Family reunion: Fifteen of us, ages 3 to 60+ spent a fabulous weekend at this beach side abode. Comfortable, spacious-two kitchens- just steps to the beach. Nicely appointed.

Unbeatable location and roomy home spaces

We visited Pismo Beach with a group of friends - two families with kids and a mix of adults. We loved having two houses on one lot, so we could have the early sleepers and late sleepers keep to their own schedules and still hangout altogether during the day. The rooms were clean and practically furnished. We particularly found the upgraded electrical outlets with USB ports located throughout the rooms very handy. And the location was just a dream. Literally two doors down from the beach, it was so convenient to walk along the boardwalk and pier day and night. The kids (ages 2-10) loved the play structures, swings, and cement slides (adults loved it too) a few minutes walk down the boardwalk. We loaded up our wagons and were on the beach within minutes - an easy stroll back to the house for naptimes as well. Plenty of great food and coffee options nearby and groceries a short drive away as well. We had great communication with the property manager and could tell that this home was well-used and well-cared for. We would love to come back again next summer. The ocean and pier views from both houses' living rooms were so soothing and calming.

Cool Times

Great houses, fantastic location, tons of cookware, plates, and glasses. Dad's 80th birthday with sons, daughters, and cousins coming together for a 3 day celebration. Will definitely rent again.
