"Property has a spectacular view but that was about all it had. It was very run down and dirty and most stuff was broken. This could be a great rental but not at this moment. The owner was very food and relocated us thankfully. Be aware we attempted to reach out to VRBO but they were no help, we will use someone else next time as we wasted days try to sort out this issue."

"We had a wonderful stay at La Terrazza sul Tramonto. The villa is incredibly spacious and very comfortabl perfect for relaxing after long days exploring Sicily. One of the biggest highlights for us was the gated parking. "The property was fairly plain on the outside, however, well secured. And then we met the teenage daughter, fluent in English, as well as four other languages. She was incredibly helpful, explaining the property as well as the surrounding area. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, spacious bathroom and sufficient small kitchen. "Our family of 14 stayed at the villa. The house is exactly as pictured, if not better. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Carmelo was very accommodating and available for questions regarding the area. We throughly enjoyed our delicious 5 course meal prepared by Rita and would recommend the option to all that stay at the Villa."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my three-night stay at Hotel Costazzurra. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Lounging by the pool with a cold drink was definitely a highlight. The hotel restaurant had great lunch/dinner options to choose from and the breakfast was always delicious. I would stay here again! "

"This was a last minute booking to stay in the area after seeing the temples. It is right next door and you can view the temples lit up from the patio and it is tranquil and beautiful. The accommodations are also very beautiful and very clean. Great AC. Very comfortable beds. The family that runs it is so welcoming and helpful too. Wish we could stay longer. Food was great as well."

Alba Palace Hotel

"Though Favara itself was difficult to drive through due to the narrow streets, and at some points it seemed like we were lost, we eventually got to the Alba Palace Hotel and were able to park right in front of the entrance for free. We stayed here to see the Valley of the Temples, not a far drive from Favara. The hotel is very clean and modern. Helpful front desk and nice room. Balcony is tiny, only enough for one or two people to stand on. But the room and bathroom were great, nice and clean. We ate at their rooftop restaurant - nice view! But you must let the front desk know so they can reserve a table for you, as there are only a few tables up there. But it was a very nice meal, attentive service, and good food and drinks!"
